As Division manager of Halco M.E.P.S., Shad oversees all aspects of the commercial design build team. Halco M.E.P.S. is Halco's Commercial Design Build, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sprinkler design and installation division. His team designs and installs new systems in new commercial construction, as well as, renovations to existing systems. Shad has worked at Halco since 1995 and has held his current position for the last four years. Before that he was project managing commercial projects from the office and the field.

• Extensive Professional Training through industry orginazations, such as Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) and National Comfort Institute (NCI) and Manufacturers such as Carrier, Trane, Bell & Gossett, Taco, Honeywell and Yaskawa
