Halco's Home Energy Performance Division is focused on providing you with energy savings and a comfortable, healthy home. We are a Building Performance Institute Accredited Contractor company, and specialize in the analysis of your home's envelope and energy usage. Specifically, we conduct comprehensive home energy audits and recommend improvements through the Home Performance with Energy Star program. This program provides quality-assurance and oversight on all work done, as well as incentive rebates or low-interest financing for the improvement projects, which can include air-sealing, insulation, high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment, distribution system upgrades as well as windows, doors, lighting upgrades, appliances, and health and safety upgrades.
